I set up for a simple timelapse of the clouds in my backyard, but a wildfire ignited during the take. This is a 10 hour timelapse composed of about 2000 individual photos, taken with a Nikon D810 and 14-24mm lens. The Sugar Glade fire was maintained as a grass fire by water bombers and helicopters, and was out by the next morning. If you have a 4k display enlarge it to full UHD to see razor sharp details.
Those time lapse videos are so moving. Watched it three times.
Thanks Tim! Yeah and you notice something different each time.
