When I arrived at Mt. Cook the rainy weather created zero visibility, and forced me to dig in until the clouds lifted. After several evenings of hiking up to this spot in vain, the clouds finally opened up on this evening. At first I was happy just to see them lift, but then these otherworldly shapes started to rapidly form and kept getting more distinct as I shot.
