Cerro Torre is located near El Chalten on the Chile/Argentina border in Patagonia. Though I camped near Lago Torre to capture this dramatic peak closer up at sunrise, the clouds didn’t cooperate, and instead this was the one opportunity I got to photograph Cerro Torre unobscured by weather.
